  • “TSK”

My most hated expression. It is a shout of annoyance and irritability. I have grown up with that as a sole language within the house. It is disturbing to hear everybody inside the house expressing the same thing. It molded me, destroyed me. And is still haunting me. I would never let any of my children hear that “tsk”. I don’t want negative atmosphere haunt their lives forever like mine.

Elder people doesn’t know how disturbing it is to show or express negative emotion with their children especially during their developing years. It seeds to negative psychological disturbance and brings forth social problems.

Communicate with your kids while they are still young. Talk to them not snarl at them.

  • My very Few Favorite Pinoy Celebrities :)

It is very rare for me to like Filipino celebrities. There are many beautiful but yet there are few who stand out in my eyes. Well, I do not see acting credentials as a factor in picking them but what makes them stand out, in my eyes, are their personalities. The way they handle their careers inspire me. The way they bring themselves are really fascinating. I like and love them for being  who they are as women.

    Here they are…..

    Tony Gonzaga

A very talented singer, tv host, actress and model. She’s very professional not to mention she’s doing excellent in her career. A lot of ladies likes her for her above mentioned credentials. But I love her for being strong. She really has a strong personality compared to those female celebrities we have now. Seldom, you see her crying on screen during interviews and almost never involved in senseless issues whether personal or career-based. She handles her career very well. She enjoys what she does but never live like celebrity 24/7. I like her. She knows when is work and when is real life. She values herself very much and is always respectful of people. She live her celebrity life in peace and harmony with her personal life. Totally different from others. She is also a very good sister to her younger sister Alex Gonzaga. Supportive and instructive. :)

    P.S.

I saw her in a picture holding a metal bible when I was like 18, then I saved money to buy one. Now I am still using it and I still remember her with it.

    Sheena Halili

This young actress is truly talented. She’s not the “teleserye-lead” type of actress, yet we can see her in numbers of beautiful and successful shows. She does well, no… excellent! She could do comedy, drama and hosting. It is impossible not to notice her. I first saw her in a reality  show Startruck where she was discovered. Although she did not won, you’ll know she got the talent which showed even more as she appeared in different tv programs later on. She had been in films, teleserye and other shows and continuously excel with everything. I see her really beautiful. Her petite body shows her youthfulness but her career is as if it is of someone who had been matured enough to do things perfectly good.  I like her for being professional and being like Tony, able to harmonize her career with her personal life with no chaos. She’s seldom involved in issues. And she is not famous because of breaking news issues on reality talk shows but because of her talent. I hope that she would make it bigger and bigger through the upcoming years.

    And lastly….

    Rica Paralejo

She’s been my favorite ever since. I like her very much. I consider myself her stalker :-P (Just kidding). She’s really pretty. She started acting since she was very young and is really beautiful, I have to say. As a teen actress, she’s still admirable. She’s been in numbers of films and shows. I remember T.G.I.S. with her. Oh she’s really amazing! A number of horror film which I love. She made it big in showbiz and a lot of people love her. I am one of them :) Although she had cross into sexy image before, which everyone knew already, what happened to her is a huge turn around. Then she suddenly left showbiz as a choice. Although she sometimes show up in some shows like “Umagang Kay Ganda”, I missed her a lot. She was no longer in A.S.A.P at that time. I was always watching her before, I could still remember. Then suddenly, I saw a news that she was getting married to a pastor, and I was like “WOW! I did not thought of her to marry someone like him, ever.” But I was really happy for her. I know she had changed a lot, she was a brand new one. She was even beautiful than before. She’s really fresh. Then I heard she got to school in ADMU and graduated. I started following her blog, seeing her tweets and following her online, everywhere. She is inspiring. I love her even more. Adorable she was and beautiful she is now.  I am inspired by the way she blog about her life. She uplifts her husband above her and ofcourse  God above everyone else. :)

    THAT’S IT!

If you notice they are all christians. It is really hard not to notice and adore Christian celebrities. They stand out from others. They’re life are different from others. That’s why they are my favorites :)

  • Election Update

It’s Election Day! May 13, 2013. It’s already 10:30PM and results are already on screens. I would say the results are disappointing yet some are very pleasing. Being a voter, I never been so frustrated for the past 3 elections that this year. Well, every voters get frustrated when the one they voted for did not appear on the top list. But what is more frustrating when all the access to all informations about the candidates this election are possible and Filipinos seems to be ignorant about who they are voting for.

    Anyway! Congratulations Tea, Agila :)

  • Doing much without accomplishing anything.

I have been dealing with this problem ever since… ice age?? I have been doing a lot of things, and I have been busy with so many things. But then I have not accomplished anything. Tsk! I know. What a waste. Many people have the same problem as I do. So I decided to keep track on what I am doing starting today. I also made presumptions of what keep me so lame at time management and here’s the my list:

    1. Too much Internet waste time - I kept viewing social network accounts and worthless videos and sometimes stalking online. I would most of the time delay my reading for school because I wanna check Facebook. So it really kept me behind. Gotta control wasteful log ins.

    2. Interior design addiction - I am a lawyer-in-the-making so I should stop doing sketch up interior designing… I know I love interior design but there’s a difference between hobby and career. Gotta internalize that.

    3. Unnecessary laid back moments - I always think of taking rest but it doesn’t really happen. It is affecting me because I would always stop what I am doing to take unnecessary rest. But then would end up doing something else.

    4. Cluttered room and space - I am not really an organized person when I am at work so I literally have unecessary stuffs over my table. And my workspace? It’s totally the whole house. I have things everywhere. Gotta start being organized.

    5. Sleep deprivation - I always sleep deprive myself. Would sleep late and should wake up early but honestly? I would never wake up till noon. Or I would wake up but too sleepy to be productive. Naaaaah and lastly”

    5. SUPERDOOPER Short attention span - I would easily be distracted by everything. I lack focus. I bet it’s just some practice?

I want to see me in a week on how am I gonna eliminate these stuffs in me. Gotta bevproductive from now on.
